We make products to last a lifetime, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee your product to be free from workmanship or material defects for the life of the product.
30 Day Refund Period
All our products come with a 30 day refund guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Products must be returned in their original packaging free from damage or wear.
Our Guarantee
Tools - We offer a lifetime guarantee of the product, and will replace any tool due to defects in craftsmanship or materials. This policy cannot accommodate to replace items that have been mishandled, abused or modified in any way.
Bracelets* - We offer a lifetime guarantee of the product, and we will re-weave a bracelet if the para-cord becomes frayed or unwoven with use. We ask you return the hardware so we may re-make it. If you have lost the hardware, we cannot replace the bracelet. This policy cannot accommodate to replace a product that has been abused, misused or modified in any way.
